Putting the hip in hypocrite:

TJFR does a number on the Buzz Saw principals. Definitely worth reading. A little whipped cream with that humble pie, if you please. We think the German goes something like "Schlagsahne mit unser Küh Scheiss, bitte."

Namely, in my April 5, 1999 Forbes story, "Big Software takes a detour," the word "robust" rears its ugly head.

Also, on the cover of the issue, a roof line referring to the story uses the term "solution" in all its vague enormity.

Um...I'd like to propose a plea bargain:

I'll take the rap on the hypocrisy if I can maintain my staunch and fervent (and, sure, pedantic and prissy) opposition to those terms and their ilk.
